Eduonix Learning Solutions cares about your privacy and is dedicated to protecting it. In this Privacy Policy, Eduonix details how it collects and users, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.eduonix.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Eduonix Learning Solutions Private Limited. Throughout this policy, “Eduonix” or “we” or “us” refers to Eduonix Learning Solutions and our subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Information Collection

Eduonix collects information when users interactive with our website and services. There are two types of data that we collect, that can be used to identify you (Personal Identification Information) and that can’t be used to identify you (Non-Personal Identification Information). Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Personal identification informations.

This type of data is the one you voluntarily provide us when you register or sign up for any of our services. These activities include registering on the site, placing an order, subscribing to the newsletter, filling out a form, and in connection to other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.

On Account registration and Login – When you register an account with us, you provide us with your Full Name, Email address and a secure password. This will allow you limited access to our website where you can see our courses, as well as take free courses that are available on our website. If you log in using a social networking credential, such as with your Facebook or Google+ account, we will ask permission to access basic information from that account, such as your name and email address. You can stop sharing that information with us at any time by removing Eduonix’s access to that account.

Sweepstakes, Promotions, and Surveys – We may invite you to complete a survey or participate in a promotion (like a contest, sweepstakes, or challenge), either through the Services or a third-party platform. If you participate, we will collect and store the data you provide as part of participating, such as your name, email address, date of birth, or phone number. That data is subject to this Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated in the official rules of the promotion or in another privacy policy.

Your payment information – The above will allow you limited access to our website. At the moment of purchase, you may also be asked for additional information such as mailing address, phone number, and credit card information. If you choose to pay through a third-party app such as PayPal® to finalize and pay for your order, you will provide your credit card number directly to PayPal®. The privacy policy of PayPal® will apply to the information you provide on the PayPal® website.

Communications and Support – If you contact us for support or to report a problem or concern (regardless of whether you have created an account), we collect and store your contact information, messages, and other data about you like your name, email address, location, operating system, IP address, and any other data you provide or that we collect through automated means. Non-Personal Identification Information

Some data is automatically collected when you interact with Eduonix through our website or any of our services. This data does not directly identify the user, but is automatically logged in our system. It includes information such as:

Location information – This refers to the geographic area where you use your computer and mobile devices (as indicated by an Internet Protocol [IP] address or similar identifier).

Log data – Our servers automatically collect data when you access or use our site and records it in log files. This log data may include the IP address, browser type and settings, the date and time of use, information about browser configuration, language preferences, and cookie data.

Collect Information From Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we have unknowingly collected any information from children under the age of 13, we take reasonable measures to remove that information from our systems. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information on or through our website. How We Use Collected Information

Eduonix Learning Solutions may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

To personalize user experience We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

To process payments We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessaryto provide the service.

To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature To send Users promotional information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

To send periodic emails We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If a User decides to subscribe to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

In case of a security breach, we may try to notify you on the email address provided to us by you. We might also offer protective steps (such as password change) if available.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission

Our website also employs external instructors, who will receive access to your information if/when you purchase their course. This includes both personal and non-personal identification information such as you Name, Email Address, city, browser information, operating system, etc.

When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.

Data Storage

Any data submitted to Eduonix will be transferred to, processed, and stored locally on our Servers in India and United States. If you post or transfer any Information to our Website, you are agreeing to such Information, including Personal Data and User Content, being hosted and accessed in United States and India.

Data Retention

We keep some of your personal data on our servers for as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, including fraud detection and prevention and to comply with our legal obligations including tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations. However, you can choose to delete your data by simply deleting your account. You can also send us an email on info@eduonix.com asking us to remove your data and/or delete your account.

Account Deletion

How To Delete Your Account You can update, edit or delete your data by accessing the settings option from your Dashboard. Please note that we may continue to retain some non personal data for our legitimate business interests.

Account Closure If Eduonix closes your account due to your violation of the Terms of Service, then you can contact us on info@eduonix.com and request removal of your data from our servers. We will evaluate such requests on a case by case basis, with regards to our legal obligations.

For EEA users

Eduonix uses, stores and processes personal data, including those mentioned in the ‘Information Collection’ section. We use this data to provide you services and under contractual agreement. We rely on your consent to process Personal Data to send promotional emails and to place cookies on your devices.

We would also like to notify you that we collect, process and transfer your data to India and US, where it is stored in our local servers. By visiting or using our Services, you consent to the collection and storage of your Personal data, including the data you’ve provided as well as the data automatically collected, to servers in India and US. If you do not agree to this, please delete your account and refrain from using our services.

Rights of EEA Users

Individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA) have certain rights in respect to their personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete Personal Data we process through your use of our website or services.

Under the EEA laws, you are applicable to:

  • Information Copy – You can send us an email on info@eduonix.com and request a copy of the personal information that the company has on you.
  • Prevent Marketing Messages– We only send marketing communications to users located in the EEA with your prior consent, and you can prevent us from using your information to provide you with promotional content by simply “unsubscribing” to the mailers. Please note you will continue to receive transactional messages related to our Services, even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.
  • Updating/Deleting Information – You can either edit and/or delete the information directly on your Dashboard or you can send us an email on info@eduonix.com to update, and/or delete information related to you. Please give us up to 5 working business days to ensure that the request is complied with.

We will consider all requests and provide our response within the time period stated by applicable law. Please note, however, that certain information may be exempt from such requests in some circumstances, which may include if we need to keep processing your information for our legitimate interests or to comply with a legal obligation. To the extent that you make such a request, we require certain information to help verify your request and prevent fraudulent information and removal requests. These including information such as username and email address associated with the account. We may also ask your billing information when it is regarding a purchasing issue. Depending on the circumstances and the information you request, we may require additional methods of verification in our discretion.

Changes to this privacy policy

Eduonix has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do update this policy, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. Additionally, we will also send out emails on the email address provided to us, letting you know regarding changes in the policy. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes that are made to the privacy policy and to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications. You also acknowledge that continuing to use our website and/or services after the revision of the Privacy Policy signifies your agreement and acceptance of these policies. If you do not agree with these policies, please refrain from accessing our website and using our services.
